Body Control Module (BCM) Theft Security Locking to Prevent GM Key Coding for Holden VF Commodore

After seeing the increase in vehicles being stolen through programming keys via the OBD port, we have decided to put our efforts forward to help prevent this crime and protect your vehicle!

We are excited to release a world first ability to lock the BCM using our own custom technique, which prevents many different aftermarket tools and factory tools from programming new keys to a vehicle.

It also prevents any unwanted programming from aftermarket/factory tools to keep your BCM and key data safe from thieves.

This unique capability also locks the BCM to your OBDSync account, meaning no-one else using OBDSync can connect to your vehicle to remove the lock.

It is important to note that if you would like to program another key to your vehicle, you will need to remove the lock using OBDSync, add the key and finally lock the vehicle again.

This tutorial is suitable for all Holden VF, HSV VF, Chevrolet SS and 2014-2017 Caprice PPVs.
