    Vehicle support can be checked on the OBDSync product page, where the dropdown menus show supported vehicles, the number of tokens required for each module, and the programming options available.

    Because support can vary depending on the vehicle, model year, and module being programmed, we recommend checking the exact vehicle and module combination.

    If your vehicle or module is not listed, please contact our support team with the vehicle details so we can confirm compatibility.

    Tokens are a credit-based licensing system applied to your account, allowing you to license and program vehicle modules as required.

    These tokens are used to license modules such as the engine control module, instrument cluster, and body control module.

    The number of tokens required depends on both the vehicle and the module being programmed. For example, licensing a Holden VE Body Control Module (BCM) to a specific vehicle requires 3 tokens.

    A module must first be licensed to a specific vehicle before it can be reprogrammed.

    If your account is showing 0 tokens when you log in, your tokens have not have been redeemed to your account yet.

    Instructions for redeeming your tokens are included in the printed Getting Started Guide supplied with the OBDSync Suite kit. Please refer to the setup page shown in the guide and follow the steps provided to complete the token redemption process.

    Yes, this is expected behaviour.

    Some OBDSync programming procedures require additional server-side security processing before a particular step can be completed. During this time, the application may display a message indicating that security information is being processed.

    Once this processing is complete, you will receive an email advising that you can continue with the programming procedure.

    Discounts for tokens are available by purchasing token packages of 10 or more.
