Holden VE Commodore Secondary Information Centre (SIC) Triple Gauges Programming

The triple gauge SIC was a VE SSV exclusive feature, but not anymore!

OBDSync can now program the SIC to the triple gauges which include battery voltage, oil pressure and oil temperature.

This programming is not suitable for very early Holden VE’s (2007) which have the part number 92200358 or 92199183, all other part numbers will allow programming to triple gauges.

Do note that not all Holden VE Commodores support the oil pressure and oil temperature sensors, please contact us with your vehicles VIN to check if it is suitable.

Early 2007/2008 Holden VE V8’s require the oil temperature output sensor to be enabled in the engine computer (Can be enabled using OBDSync in the Engine Control Module).

The triple gauge programming cannot be reversed, meaning after the triple gauges have been enabled, the SIC module cannot be programmed back to the non gauge/dual gauge setup.

This tutorial is suitable for all Holden VE Commodores and Pontiac G8’s.
