Initial Experience & Issue:
I purchased the OBDsync-Suite for a specific, seemingly straightforward task: to flash and learn a second-hand ECU for my 2010 Holden Cruze. The unit was from a wrecker and required a security key, which was incorrect in the module. My initial attempt failed to deliver the expected operation.
My frustration was compounded when the first email response I received felt generic and unhelpful, missing the mark on my technical issue. I’ll admit, my reply was harsh—I was genuinely disheartened.

After replacing numerous parts I found some information pointing me towards the instrument cluster. Lots of youtube video's available to assist in accessing the various flashing functions. Just note that the flashing software requires a PC Laptop not a Mac as I had to borrow a friends PC in the end.

Tokens are used for licensing vehicle modules to unlock programming and flashing abilities.
Each Module in a vehicle (such as a Body Control Module or Instrument Cluster) requires tokens to access programming abilities.
The required tokens per module can be viewed from the below supported vehicle and options list. (ie Some modules might be 1,2 or 3+ tokens each).
Tokens can be added to your account at anytime by purchasing token packages.
Each token is $50aud (Discounts available for bulk purchases).
Once a module has been licensed to a vehicle, it can be accessed and programmed as many times as you like, there is no time limit or usage limit.

The OBDSync Suite includes one of our OBDSync Scantools, a USB Cable and a Token license serial.
We only support using the OBDSync Scantool. This ensures compatibility with each module and feature we release, along with future support for smartphone applications.
Tokens are $50aud each.
Different modules have a different token requirement, some may need only 1 while others need 2+.
Discounts for bulk token packages are available, along with workshop discounts if you are apart of our workshop program.

Yes it is safe to use. Our software protection can be incorrectly flagged by antivirus unfortunately. You will have to add the software to the safe list to allow it to run.
The false flags occur due to our software not having a signing certificate yet, along with its internet requirement and software protection.

For example, if you required exactly 3 tokens, you can purchase the OBDSync Suite with 2tokens, then head to the dedicated tokens product page and add a single token from there to make a total of 3 tokens.
